SMILE 4 Special Needs (#275): Volunteers Support LSA Summer SMILE Camp for Special Needs (#136) on June 12, 2026

On June 12, 2026, volunteers assisted staff in providing engaging activities, including cooking, games, and movement exercises, for campers attending the 2026 LSA Summer Camp at the Special Needs Caring Center.

Throughout the day, volunteers provided individualized support to help participants learn how to prepare simple foods. They also created floor games using sticks and taught participants how to play, giving them opportunities to practice jumping, crossing obstacles, following directions, and taking turns. In addition, volunteers supported campers in playing UNO, helping them develop social interaction and game-playing skills while having fun with their peers.
