The Pearland branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS), located in the southern part of the greater Houston area, was founded in 2015 by three high school students. Since its inception, the branch has grown rapidly and now includes over 800 youth members and alumni. Each year, AYLUS Pearland organizes hundreds of events, engaging thousands of youth volunteers. Through these activities, members cultivate leadership, integrity, and innovation. As an official certifying organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA), AYLUS Pearland continues to recognize outstanding service. In the 2024–2025 reporting year alone, members contributed over 8,500 community service hours, with 55 individuals honored with the PVSA in May 2025.
The AYLUS Pearland Parent Advisory Committee also proudly provides guidance and support for members working toward the Congressional Award, further encouraging youth to pursue personal growth, community involvement, and long-term goals.
