SMILE Pearland is a newly developed project under the broader  SMILE 4 Special Needs  umbrella. Joshua Meng, Caroline Fu, Ethan Gao, Chenyu Jin, and Junxi Ding recently assisted AYLUS Pearland in writing and editing feature stories. By gathering photos and information from the various programs, the chess, art, and robotics feature stories have been published on the AYLUS Pearland website. Feature stories are a great way of showing the community what AYLUS Pearland is currently doing, showcasing the history of AYLUS's many programs and creating more public awareness. 01/

On the afternoon of January 10, volunteers organized the first Pearland My PlayClub event of the new year. As usual, we offered face painting, games, and arts and crafts. In addition, hot chocolate was served due to the cold weather. The event promoted inclusive play at the city’s first inclusive park, while also raising awareness for the fundraising efforts supporting the development of the second inclusive park.
