SMILE 4 Special Needs (#227): Volunteers lead LSA Summer SMILE Camp for Special Needs (#121) on July 9, 2025

On July 9, 2025, Pearland volunteers led campers with special needs through a body percussion session and an introductory Chinese Pinyin lesson. The body percussion activity was not only fun and engaging but also served as a therapeutic tool to support motor coordination, sensory integration, and social interaction. It provided a joyful, inclusive environment where all campers could participate, express themselves, and build confidence through rhythm and movement.
