Youth Entrepreneur: Fundraising at Houston Dragon Academy Pearland Summer Camp on May 22 2026

On May 22, 2026, seven volunteers participated in a fundraising event to provide face painting and balloon twisting services for campers at the Houston Dragon Academy summer camp opening day. The volunteers created a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere through their creative activities and enthusiastic engagement with the children.

The face painting station featured a wide variety of designs, including flowers, butterflies, popular cartoon characters, and spooky spiders, based on the children’s requests. The volunteers’ artistic talents brought excitement and smiles to many young campers throughout the event.

The balloon twisting station was equally popular, attracting a steady line of eager children waiting for their turn. Through their cheerful attitudes and creative skills, the volunteers helped create a lively and memorable experience for all attendees.

Camp organizers and teachers expressed their appreciation for the volunteers’ contributions, which added a unique and enjoyable element to the opening day of their summer camp. Proceeds raised from the event will support our community initiatives, including the SMILE Program for families with special needs.
