Stem n Tech (#68): Pearland Volunteer Hua Xia Robotics Class (#34) on August 6, 2025

On Wednesday, August 6^th, 2025, the last Hua Xia class took place. Children and pupils alike learned about gear trains, and put them to use making a robot that could go very fast. At the end of the lesson, students put what they learned to the test by racing each other’s vehicles, with the winner getting a price. It was a close match between the first two, with the spectators holding on to their seats while the results were announced. The winner won a fantastic prize of candy, and were also given bragging rights. At the end of the day, the students learned very much about Gear trains and had lots of fun doing so.
