SMILE 4 Special Needs (#246): Pearland My PlayClub #29 on September 6 2025

On September 9, volunteers came together at Ed Thompson Inclusive Park to host My PlayClub #29, a monthly event to promote inclusive play.

The afternoon was filled with joy and laughter through activities such as face painting, bucket drumming, balloon twisting, and interactive games. More than 40 children and their families joined in, making it a memorable day of play, connection, and inclusion. Beyond the fun, the event fostered an environment where children of all abilities could interact, build friendships, and experience a true sense of belonging.

This My PlayClub welcomed new partner organizations, including Chara Christian Dance Academy, who sponsored the face painting activity, and Advocates for Patients with Disabilities at McGovern Medical School, who sent volunteers to support the event.
