City and Neighbor Support: Volunteers Support Pearland Farmers Market — June 21, 2025

On June 21, 2025,

volunteers participated in a meaningful community service

event at the Pearland Recreation Center & Natatorium Farmers Market. Beginning at 7:15 AM,

the team supported the market by unloading supplies, setting up booths putting up flags and

signs. Throughout the event, volunteers performed a diverse array of roles:

 Secured and raised event flags

 Staffed the welcome desk with genuine hospitality

 Collected donations on behalf of a local nonprofit

 Managed Farmers Market merchandise sales

 Ensured attendees experienced a clean and well-organized environment

At 2:00 PM, they returned to pack up and close the market. Their dedication and enthusiasm left

a lasting positive impression on both vendors and visitors.
