On Sunday, November 9th, volunteers returned to continue work on the Community Garden Project. On the second day of this ongoing effort, volunteers focused on paving the garden paths with rocks, preparing and planting new greenery, and setting up lighting to enhance the garden’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Volunteers worked collaboratively to ensure the paths were level and safe, while carefully planning and planting flowers and shrubs to create a vibrant and welcoming space. The lighting installation added another important layer to the project, ensuring the garden would remain inviting and accessible even in the evening hours.
This hands-on experience allowed volunteers to further develop their skills in gardening, landscaping, and project teamwork, while continuing to contribute to a meaningful community initiative.
