City and Neighbor Support: Volunteers Joined “Trick or Treat” Event at West Pearland Library on October 30, 2025

On October 30, volunteers participated in the “Trick or Treat” event at the West Pearland Library, bringing fun and excitement to local families.

The volunteers prepared colorful inflatable balloons for children, which quickly became one of the most popular attractions of the event. Laughter and smiles filled the air as kids eagerly lined up to receive their balloon creations.

At the same time, volunteers also took the opportunity to introduce our organization to parents, sharing information about our community programs and upcoming events.

The event successfully combined festive Halloween fun with community engagement, leaving both children and parents with wonderful memories of the day.
