City and Neighbor Support: Volunteers Brought Halloween Fun to Local Families on October 31, 2025

During this year’s Trick or Treat night, volunteers added extra cheer to the celebration by giving out colorful inflatable balloons to children. The creative balloon designs caught the attention of many young visitors and quickly became one of the evening’s favorite attractions.

While interacting with families, volunteers also took the chance to introduce our organization to parents, sharing our mission and upcoming community initiatives.

The event not only brought festive excitement to the neighborhood but also helped strengthen connections between our organization and local families.
