The AYLUS Pearland branch, part of the Alliance of Youth Leaders of the U.S. (AYLUS, a 501c3 non-profit organization), is located in the southern Greater Houston area. Established in 2015 by three high school students, the branch has rapidly grown to over 400 youth members. AYLUS Pearland organizes more than 300 volunteer events annually, empowering youth to develop leadership, integrity, and innovation skills. AYLUS Pearland offers a variety of community service tracks, allowing members to focus on their passions. These tracks include City and Neighborhood Support, Healthy Future, Youth Entrepreneur, SMILE 4 Special Needs, Achieve Together, and STEM & Tech. ​
